The daily program is structured as follows:
8:00-8:30: Morning meditation to center yourself and prepare for the day.
8:30-9:30: Applied anatomy lessons, for a better understanding of yoga movements.
9:30-12:00: Practice sessions where you will be able to experiment and refine various asanas.
12:00-12:30: Lunch break, a moment of relaxation, recharging and connection.
12:30-1:30: Reviewing practice and planning yoga sequences.
1:30-2:30: Asana lab, exploring the poses in detail.
2:30-3:30: Developing teaching skills through practical exercises.
3:30-4:30: Study of yoga philosophy, to better understand the principles underlying the practice.
4:30-5:00: Question and answer session, a moment to interact and clarify any concerns.

1. Ce modificări au fost făcute față de primele doua ediții ale cursului?
Față de primele douǎ ediții avem mult mai mult content online. Accesul la video-urile online se va face cu 7 zile înainte de începerea cursului.
De asemenea pe toată durata cursului, cursanții npot participa gratuit la toate orele din cadrul studioului KeepGiving Yoga.
Un alt aspect important si de mare ajutor este accesul gratuit in cadrul aplicației KeepGiving Yoga pe toată durata cursului.
2. Este obligatoriu ca si cursanții sa participe la clasele de yoga de la studio?
La începutul cursului, cursanții vor primi un document de practică în care vor nota clasele de yoga la care participă, atât online, cât și fizic.
Pentru a putea absolvi cursul, este necesară o practică constantă de minimum 3 clase de yoga pe săptămână, fiecare cu durata de cel puțin o oră.
3. Care sunt calificările și experiența instructorilor pentru această ediție?
Lead trainer este Andreea Miron, 500 RYT cu 10 ani de experiență, aproximativ 2500 de clase predate și multe cursuri realizate cu instructori internaționali, inclusiv de Sound Healing. Ea este de asemenea fondatoarea studioului KeepGiving Yoga deschis in 2014.

4. Cum este structurat programul zilnic al cursului?
Programul se desfășoară între orele 8-17 cu o pauză de prânz de 30 de minute.
5. Există cerințe specifice pentru participanți, cum ar fi nivelul de experiență în yoga?
Da, cursanții ar trebui sa fi practicat cel putin 50 de ore de yoga în orice studio din Romania sau din afara țării. Nivelul ar trebui să fie intermediar-avansat.
6. Care sunt costurile cursului și ce include taxa de înscriere?
Costul cursului de formare pentru instructori de yoga acoperă toate materialele didactice, accesul la facilitățile de instruire și sesiunile cu instructorii. Detaliile specifice privind sumele exacte și opțiunile de plată eșalonată sau reduceri pentru înscrieri timpurii pot fi furnizate la cerere sau în momentul înscrierii.
7. Sunt disponibile opțiuni de plată eșalonată sau reduceri pentru înscrieri timpurii?
Costul de 7500 de lei daca se achita intr-o singura rata, inainte de inceperea cursului. Oferim si posibilitatea platii in rate, 1500 de lei pe lună, achitați înainte de începerea urmatoarei sesiuni.
8. Cum pot interacționa și învăța de la alți cursanți?
Vom crea un grup de WhatsApp și de asemenea se poate utiliza si platforma online unde vor fi accesate clasele online.
9. Ce resurse sau materiale didactice sunt furnizate în cadrul cursului?
Manual și platforma online.
10. Cum sunt evaluate competențele dobândite în timpul cursului?
Vom avea în fiecare weekend dedicat cursului, ore dedicate evaluării competențelor. La finalul cursului fiecare student va fi evaluat printr-un test scris și o evaluare practică, o succesiune de 20 de minute creată de student.
11. Ce tip de certificare se oferă la finalul cursului și cum este recunoscută?
Certificare recunoscută de Yoga Alliance US, cea mai mare entitate de acest gen la nivel mondial.
