Experience & training : I completed the 200-hour course at Keep Giving and have been practicing yoga since 2017.

I am a calm, cheerful, energetic instructor who emphasizes emotional connection, technique, and fluidity. During classes, I combine breathing techniques with deep stretching and guided relaxation. I love seeing students happy and satisfied after a Happy Yoga class.

How my yoga journey began

I discovered yoga at a more hectic time in my life, when working in a multinational company had become extremely demanding and I needed a change and a return to myself. I started practicing yoga at the Keep Giving studio and since then I understood that I like it, it suits me, it gives me a sense of well-being and I want to practice yoga all my life.

Who am I outside the studio?

Outside of the studio, I am a mother, wife, daughter, and sister, and I am very dedicated to my family. I have played competitive volleyball for 12 years, play field tennis, do alpine skiing, and love to travel!

Fun Fact

I'm an engineer, but I love to paint and explore my artistic side. I have several groups of friends, depending on my hobbies, that I cherish and love to gather with and sometimes even cook for them.
