Class schedule (07:00 - 07:30)
Tuesday – Posture & Stretching
Focus : spine, mobility, back, neck, centering
Theme : "I open my body. I align my posture."
Slow, fluid movements, emphasis on lengthening the spine and activating deep muscles.
Wednesday – Arms & Abs
Focus : shoulders, triceps, core, waist
Theme : "Feminine strength from within."
Small, precise movements, with little or no weights, for toned arms and a firm abdomen .
Thursday – Legs & Glutes (Buttocks)
Focus : thighs, buttocks, calves
Theme : "Building my foundation."
Intense work with isometrics, plié, pulses – burns and sculpts the lower body.
Friday – Total Body Sculpt & Stretch
Focus : integration + deep stretching
Theme : "I return to my body with grace."
Complete class: combines all muscle groups, then guided stretching for lengthening and relaxation.
*The Barre & Beyond PROGRAM is for a group of a maximum of 15 women and will start with a minimum of 10 participants.
