Service Description

Stress is not just in the mind, but also in the body. In this practice, we consciously work with breath and movement to release tension from the areas where we most often hold it: shoulders, neck, back and hips. It is an invitation to slow down, feel and create space within. Ideal for: – busy periods – stress, anxiety or fatigue – evening, for a more restful sleep
