Service Description
Stretching & Mobility This class is dedicated to improving joint mobility, functional flexibility and conscious recovery of the body. Through slow, controlled and sustained movements, combined with active and passive stretching, we work on the joints, fascia and deep muscles, with the aim of restoring the body to freedom of movement and a feeling of lightness. The practice is complemented by simple breathing exercises, which support relaxation of the nervous system and better body awareness. The class is suitable for all levels and is especially recommended for: active or sporty people those who have regular training and need recovery those who feel stiffness, overstrain or muscle discomfort those who spend a lot of time at the office Benefits: increases mobility and flexibility supports muscle recovery and injury prevention improves posture and quality of movement reduces physical and mental tension brings clarity, relaxation and balance No previous yoga experience is required.
