Postpartum class taught by Andreea Dumitru.
Whether you have recently become a mother or, on the contrary, several months or even years have passed since giving birth, this class will offer you:
1. Reconnecting to your body
2. Exercises to restore the abdominal wall and pelvic floor
3. Exercises to improve your posture
4. Breathing and nervous system relaxation techniques

About Andreea:
5 years ago I started practicing fitness consistently, when I discovered how good I felt after training.
For me, fitness is much more than how we look, it's about how we feel, how we move, how functional and strong our body is, it's about having a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
I chose to specialize in pre- and postnatal fitness because I want future and new mothers to experience the same state of well-being that I enjoy after every workout, but not only that.
Exercise during pregnancy brings a multitude of physical, mental, and emotional benefits to both the mother and the developing fetus.
Also, postpartum recovery is extremely important for long-term health, in order to avoid possible abdominal or pelvic dysfunction.
I believe that postpartum recovery starts during pregnancy.
So, if you have the approval of your specialist, don't hesitate to do any form of sport, and I will wait for you at the classes specially created for pregnant women and new mothers.
