A Journey Through Chakras and Sound Bath

On September 7th , under the special energy of the Lunar Eclipse in Pisces , we invite you to give yourself a gift: a space of peace and transformation where you will be able to listen to your soul and rediscover the joy of being a woman.

This 4-hour workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your most authentic self. We will take you on a guided journey through the chakras – the energy centers of the body – and at the end you will be enveloped in the vibrations of a sound bath that will relax you and reinforce everything you have experienced along the way.

What you will experience:

• Opening meditation – strengthening intention and connecting with the cyclical energy of the eclipsed Moon; setting the sacred goal to trigger transformation.

• Reunion with passion and feminine power – guided ritual that brings to light emotions, desires and authenticity.

• Symbolic journey through the chakras - awakening and energetic alignment in a percentage and sacred context, supported by the vibrations of the lunar eclipse.

• Releasing blockages – breathing, writing, and movement exercises, inspired by the energy of Pisces, to leave behind old constraints.

Zeffi Devi is a spiritual guide and energy practitioner, dedicated to exploring the subtle dimensions of being and reconnecting with your authentic essence. Through her workshops and sessions, she supports people to discover their inner power, release energy blockages, and embrace their inner light.

A central aspect of her mission is working with feminine energy – the gentleness, intuition and creative power that supports us in every step of life. Zeffi creates safe and inspiring spaces where participants can rediscover their femininity as a healing and transformative force.

Alexandra Edu is a yoga teacher, crystal and sound therapist , with a deep passion for creating sacred spaces of healing and inner harmony. Her first encounter with the vibrations of a crystal bowl, during yoga school, was the moment that triggered a journey dedicated to exploring sound therapy and the power of sacred vibrations.
