Meditation and sacred sound bath

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a meditation technique that dates back to the 6th century and has effects on our entire well-being by deeply relaxing the body, mind, and regulating emotions.

During Yoga Nidra meditation our brain waves slow down to theta and even delta states. Here our body has the opportunity to self-heal, the mind is relaxed and detached and we can access the subconscious.

The meditation is followed by a sound bath with quartz bowls that will activate and energize our chakras.

Each chakra vibrates at a certain frequency, which is why 7 bowls of different sizes are used to generate the vibration corresponding to each chakra.
