🤸 Masterclass Backbends – Safe spine extension with Mădălina Jida & Teodora Radiciu
A session dedicated to exploring back extension, understanding the anatomy and safe principles behind backbends. You will receive practical exercises and information on alignment and key muscles, which you can integrate directly into your daily practice.
💫 We will build step by step to chakrasana / bridge, in a conscious and safe way, to practice back extension without the risk of injury.
🎶 The masterclass ends with a sound bath, including a gong bath, for deep relaxation and reconnecting with the energy of the body and mind.
