Return to Calm – Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

An evening of Yin & Restorative Yoga to relax the body and calm the mind, with a focus on releasing tension and stagnant emotions and resetting the nervous system. Through sustained stretching postures, breathing and sound we create space for clarity and reconnection, at the beginning of a new season.

The practice ends with a gong sound bath, whose vibrations bring inner peace, restore balance, and give the brain and nervous system a deep reboot, like a refreshment from within.
