Prenatal class:
Are you pregnant and feel the need to exercise safely, both for yourself and your baby?
Then I'm waiting for you at this class, specially created for pregnant women, where you will discover:
1. Breathing techniques to use during labor
2. Exercises for the deep abdominal wall, which will provide you with the necessary support during the last period of pregnancy, but also during childbirth
3. Exercises to relax the muscles of the body, especially the back and hips
4. Exercises to relieve back, hip or pelvic pain
5. Nervous system relaxation techniques

About Andreea:
5 years ago I started practicing fitness consistently, when I discovered how good I felt after training.
For me, fitness is much more than how we look, it's about how we feel, how we move, how functional and strong our body is, it's about having a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
I chose to specialize in pre- and postnatal fitness because I want future and new mothers to experience the same state of well-being that I enjoy after every workout, but not only that.
Exercise during pregnancy brings a multitude of physical, mental, and emotional benefits to both the mother and the developing fetus.
Also, postpartum recovery is extremely important for long-term health, in order to avoid possible abdominal or pelvic dysfunction.
I believe that postpartum recovery starts during pregnancy.
So, if you have the approval of your specialist, don't hesitate to do any form of sport, and I will wait for you at the classes specially created for pregnant women and new mothers.
