💫 Chakras or wheels of life are the energy centers that connect our inner and outer worlds.
🌟 They are portals through which energy circulates. Gates through which we receive, accumulate and emanate the life force, also called prana.
🌈 We connect to each chakra on its specific frequency and sound, to harmonize them and feel in balance.
