We invite you to an Ecstatic Dance session, where free movement and authentic expression will help you discover your inner essence and reconnect with your heart. Without rules or pre-established choreographies, this session is a sacred space where every movement becomes a form of emotional release and inner healing.
What is Ecstatic Dance? Ecstatic Dance is a free movement practice that allows you to express yourself without inhibitions, to let your body be guided by musical rhythms, and to release stress, tension, and emotional blockages. Each participant dances at their own pace, connecting to the inner energy and collective vibration of the group.
