A robust and comprehensive Yoga Alliance accredited instructor course that will teach you to create and teach hatha and vinyasa style yoga classes in a safe and confident way.
This program is the perfect platform to cultivate your love of yoga, establishing a strong foundation for your professional career in yoga.
Created in partnership with an experienced training trainer, this program was designed to be student-centered and have maximum educational impact.
You will:
Learn a teaching methodology that establishes a solid foundation for both your practice and how you will teach yoga.
You gain a firm knowledge of anatomy and its application during asanas , so you can practice and teach with more confidence in your skills.
Learn the art of the best post sequencing, which will empower you to develop safe, intelligent, and creative sequences for your classes.
Deepen your own mental well-being by learning how to practice and teach key meditation and pranayama techniques.
Gain clear knowledge about the history of yoga and the real-world applications of the most important philosophical texts.
Learn about the subtle systems of the body, such as kosha, chakra , and vayu.
Take part in practices, asana labs, teaching a class, and structured practices that will radically deepen your personal practice and elevate your teaching level.
Connect with a community of like-minded yogis to nurture your passion and dive into your personal development.
Do I need to have experience in yoga?
This program is perfect for those looking to indulge their passion, as well as those who want to teach.
For practitioners of all levels; you do not need to be flexible or able to perform sophisticated poses to take part in the class. Your personal practice will deepen at a pace that is comfortable for you.
Daily schedule template:
8:00 – 8:30: Morning meditation
8:30 – 9:30: Anatomy
9:30 – 11:30: Practice
11:30 – 12:30: Lunch
12:30 – 1:30: Practice recap and sequencing
1:30 – 2:30: Exploring Asanas
2:30 – 3:30: Yoga Teaching Skills
3:30 – 4:30: Yoga philosophy
4:30 – 5:00: Questions and answers. Closing.
Week 1: November 3- November 6
From 8:00 to 17:00, this interval includes the lunch break

And 10 ZOOM sessions, 2 hours each, which will be scheduled after we start the course, sessions that will focus on yoga philosophy.

Every day we will have 3 hours of physical practice and meditation.
Our course includes lunch and will be an introduction to the world of Ayurveda. The menu is carefully selected to meet all Ayurvedic requirements.
Every morning we will serve masala chai, coffee, water, yogi tea, fruit and healthy snacks.
