About the event
On Thursday, May 18th at Baia Populara, Andreea Miron and Alexandra Edu invite you to a unique event about chakras, yoga and sound baths.
If you are interested in your energy body, then this event is for you!
We will start at 5:30 PM with a yoga class for the 7 chakras, from the base, the Root chakra to the top of the head, ending with the Crown chakra. You will feel grounded, fluidity, fire, love, space and intuition.
The yoga practice will last 90 minutes, during which you will also learn many details about these energy centers.
We will end our practice with a sound bath led by Alexandra.
