Cocoa Ceremony and Ecstatic Dance

Step outside your comfort zone and define what makes you you!

Come with us to a Cacao ceremony and dance under the energy of the New Moon in Aquarius.

Mama Cacao will support us in connecting with our intuition and the space of our heart. From here we will define our own vision of how we want to live, what makes us unique, and how we can feel more free.

We will start the evening in a circle, where during the Cacao ceremony we will identify limiting beliefs, habits or situations that no longer serve us and determine how we want to transform them.

In the second part of the evening, we will anchor transformations in the body through dance.

We will end the evening in a circle.

I encourage you to bring a personal item that will accompany you throughout the journey and remind you of your intentions. You will also need something to write on, a journal or some paper, and a bottle of water, as hydration is important after drinking.
