We will start the evening with a guided meditation, set our intention and then let ourselves be carried away by the sound
drums on the journey inward. At the end we will have a circle of integration and we will move to anchor in
body the journey.
I invite you to wear clothes that you feel comfortable in and I recommend something warmer for the duration.
