We start with an energizing Barre class, for toning, posture, and body confidence.
Then we continue with a sweet and creative moment: decorating your own cake, in a wonderful, relaxed and feminine space.
The cakes are made by Art Patis , with reduced sugar content , so that we can enjoy the taste and aesthetics without excesses.
It is an event about balance:
movement and pampering, discipline and creativity, energy and delicacy.
