Massage Workshop - Discover the art of relaxing massage

During the 4-hour course, participants will learn basic techniques for giving and receiving massage, in a welcoming environment, where they will have everything they need to learn and enjoy this experience.

You will learn how to connect with your body and others through massage, experiencing its benefits not only as a technique, but also as a way to reduce tension, relax, and improve your well-being.

Whether you come with a partner or individually, this workshop will give you both the tools you need to become more comfortable and confident in practicing massage, as well as the opportunity to enjoy a moment of deep relaxation.

Facilitator: Roberta Nagy - professional trainer and masseur, passionate about wellness and wellbeing, with over four years of experience. Roberta had the opportunity to judge the Romanian National Massage Championship for two years in a row, to teach masterclasses, and her mission is to bring massage closer to people - not just as a technique, but as a form of connection and balance between body and mind. In many countries, massage is part of a healthy lifestyle, and through her workshops she wants to contribute to education and awareness of its real benefits.
