Andreea Cenuse is a yoga instructor with a deep approach to the relationship between body, mind and emotions. Her passion for anatomy, biomechanics and conscious movement has guided her towards a practice focused on alignment, balance and body awareness.
With special attention to posture and movement mechanics, Andreea guides her students towards a better understanding of their own bodies, helping them correct tensions and imbalances that may arise from incorrect postures or unhealthy movement patterns.
Through his workshops, he aims to provide practical and accessible tools for improving posture and well-being, so that participants can integrate these techniques into their daily lives.
