Collaborative poetry workshop supported by Corpul Poetic (30 minutes)

The Poetic Body is about being alive and present in the poetry of your life. You give life, you give voice. It's about listening to yourself and making yourself heard. On behalf of the voices most often silenced, who reclaim their power. Including the inner voice.

The poetic body is about stories that can be embodied. By anyone who is willing to feel, to live. By those they choose to touch.

On June 21st, we'll meet you at a collaborative poetry workshop. Come as you are. ♥️

The Internal Seasons of a Woman with Ana Szabadszalasi

Women are cyclical beings, experiencing fluctuations in energy, libido, and vitality throughout the month depending on the stage of their menstrual cycle they are in. By learning to recognize their internal seasons, women become empowered to make decisions that are right for them, to accept themselves more gently, and to plan their main activities so that they work with their biology, not against it.

Ana Szababadszalasi, a certified functional and integrative medicine specialist for women, supports women towards vibrant and meaningful health by helping them have healthier bodies beyond patriarchal expectations and ever-changing standards.

Her approach is scientific but at the same time based on ancestral feminine wisdom, emphasizing female cyclicity, hormonal health, premenopause, menopause, autoimmune conditions, digestive health, and more.

Breathing and meditation techniques to become the best version of ourselves with the KeepGiving team

Part of the KeepGiving team will share with you breathing techniques and types of meditation to "dance" through life with ease.

Life is beautiful and it is important to be present in every moment so that we can learn and enjoy ourselves. These tools will help you find your inner strength.

During the event we will also offer vegan snacks, water, and tea.
