📘 General description of the program The "Breathing and Mindfulness in Schools" program is designed to offer children short but effective breaks to reconnect with their body and mind. Teachers receive a set of simple, safe and easy-to-implement exercises in the classroom, regardless of the children's physical fitness level. In the first stage, the program includes: ✅ 3 breathing exercises - for calming, concentration and emotional regulation. ✅ 1 Simplified Sun Salutation - a gentle sequence of movements coordinated with breathing, which helps with energy and mobility. These can be used as mini-routines at the beginning of class, after recess or whenever you feel that students need to calm down and refocus. Along the way, we will add other materials - illustrated worksheets, audio-video explanations, mindfulness exercises and breathing games.
